Return Policy:
In order to return merchandise, please contact our customer service department for pre approval. 

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 15 days upon receiving your order. Keep in mind shipping charges are non refundable including any shipping cost you incur to return the product.

If you have opened and tested the item it may be possible to return the product. We will handle these issues on a case by case basis. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact cusomter service before sending back opened merchandise for pre approval.  

 

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

 - RMA number (Pre approval number)

 - Full name and address

 - Phone number

 - E-mail address

 - Packing slip

 - Original Order Number

 - Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to Scent.net using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation) 

Any package that has not been received by Scent.net and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. 

**Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return or exchange. 

If your package is returned to Scent.net marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $8.95 re-shipping fee. 

How to cancel your order:
Please call us immediately if you need to cancel your order. We may not be able to cancel an order once it has been submitted but if you call quickly it is possible under certain circumstances. If you have any other questions, please contact us via email or phone. 

 

 

Claims:
